How do I resolve my issue?

For trading disputes, all clients are encouraged to address the issue with us immediately following its occurrence. We will address your inquiries promptly.
To facilitate our team's investigation and expedite the resolution of your concerns, we kindly request you to provide us with additional information such as:

- 2. Your trading account number (and order number if possible)
- 3. A summary of your complain
- 4. Supporting documents (such as screenshots, trading statements, etc.)
Who is The Financial Commission?
- Ultima Markets is a member of The Financial Commission, an international independent body responsible for resolving disputes in the Forex and CFD markets.
- The commission ensures that traders and brokers address their concerns fairly and transparently.
- Additionally, all traders are offered enhanced protection through a dedicated Compensation Fund.
- The fund will cover judgements issued by the Financial Commission with up to €20,000 per client (subject to the Commission's Terms and Conditions).
- In the event of an unresolved dispute with Ultima Markets, clients may file a complaint with The Financial Commission.
Ultima Markets is a member of The Financial Commission, an international independent body responsible for resolving disputes in the Forex and CFD markets.
All clients of Ultima Markets are protected under insurance coverage provided by Willis Towers Watson (WTW), a global insurance brokerage established in 1828, with claims eligibility up to US$1,000,000 per account.
